Weigh Day Wednesday – Week 3

Maintain.

I am having mixed feelings about my weigh results this week. Not happy. Not sad.

I know I have been fully on plan this week and I haven’t gone over syns so I was hoping for a loss. This happened to me when I did SW the first time around so I kind of expected it. I can’t moan as I did lose 10lbs in the first two weeks!!

I am just happy in the knowledge that I ate the right foods this week (which is far better than I was eating before SW) and will hope for a loss to make up for it next week!

I really want to lose 2lbs – fingers crossed! Hope you have a great week too!
