Weigh Day Wednesday – Week 6

I was walking on air this week as I was so happy about my loss last Wednesday. I didn’t have a particularly difficult week, no temptations and plenty of food in the house (which always helps!). I also had lots of left overs for lunches which makes my life much easier!

I am over the bloomin’ moon! After the maintain and gain this is exactly what I needed to keep my motivation levels up! I also got this bad boy..

Woohoo! I have lost 15lbs in 6 weeks which I think is pretty chuffin amazing!

It is Pizza Friday today at work and I have resisted, although I am going to visit my best friend this weekend and I know there will be lots of temptations. Must. Stay. Focused!
